Bain de Soleil Is Acquired and Relaunches in 2025

MY Imports acquired the sunscreen brand—and the products will be available in stores and online.

MY Imports USA LLC has acquired the sun care brand, Bain de Soleil. The company plans to reintroduce the brand to the market by Q2 of 2025, with products available across Mass, Drug, and Beauty channels, and online. 
 
This agreement marks the latest step in MY Imports’ strategy to expand its portfolio of well-known and trusted consumer brands.
 
Known for its luxurious sunscreens, self-tanners, and signature scents, Bain de Soleil has long been a favorite among sun care enthusiasts.
 
MY Imports plans to expand the Bain de Soleil line to include SPF lip balms, skincare, and hair care products. These additions will address today’s beauty trends, providing consumers with a more comprehensive sun care and beauty regimen.
 
Fahim Ibrahim, CEO of MY Imports USA, said,
